ReplyDeleteI didn't use a tripod per se, but essentially the same function- a well-placed ledge from a viewing area to stabilize the camera.
Okay, thanks. I've been thinking about trying to get a shot of our courthouse at night and wondered if I'd need a tripod - don't think there's any good place to stabilize my camera, nearby, but my tripod died on me. Next time, I think I'll get one with really fat, sturdy legs!!
