    Unfortunately I can't take credit for the creativity as I had this at a restaurant. It was very yummy though. :)

    Danielle- I'm not sure how to describe the taste.. the gratin part inside consists of penne in a cheesy cream sauce. It was a nice combination with the baked squash 'bowl'. :P
