I quite enjoyed it, and it&#39;s certainly an engaging, page-turner of a book. The copy I have is the UK trade pb which I got from The Book Depository. It seems that the books are going straight to paper in England, whereas they are still in hardback in the US. I try not to buy too many hardbacks and of course it was cheaper this way. :)<br /><br /><b>Sylvie</b> - Thanks!
