Yay, I finally did it! The procrastination bug got me, but I managed to pull through on the last day :)

Again, I learned a whole lot! I thought I knew a good deal about Japanese food, but there was an incredible amount of stuff to learn.

It was fun, thank you so much! Really looking forward to next month's challenge...

Nymeth - LOL. Well, you could always just tell us why you hesitate to try Japanese food. I know you don't really like fish or seafood, right? But how about rice, meat, vegetables?? Feel free to email me if you'd like a 'safe' suggestion. :)
